Improve Page Load Indicator Visibility

The current loading indicator is not clearly visible during page transitions. Improving its size or contrast would enhance user experience by clearly indicating that the system is processing the request.

For holistic view in the details could be show in red when the avg availability is 0 or below the expected availability

I saw an adoption score of 67% but is not enough clear how I can increase the adoption to the 100% maybe some tooltip or help icon to guide how I can get the 67% and the same -Infint y ms in the sequence
